Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. flour
pinch each: dry mustard, salt and paprika
Preparation

Mix together milk and egg. Sift together dry ingredients.
Mix wet and dry ingredients together in long shallow dish.
Dip hot dogs into batter, then roll in bread crumbs or crushed corn flakes. Deep fry and serve.
