Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, browned
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. cold water
    1 c. toasted bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 Tbsp. Tony's seasoning
Preparation
    Put rice and water in bottom of casserole dish.
    Layer pork chops on rice; spread onion and garlic on top of pork chops. Spread soup over top of onion.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over top; drizzle oleo.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
