Onion Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 onion, diced
    1 (8 oz.) Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and blend with an electric mixer. Put into a casserole or souffl dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 35 minutes until lightly browned on top. Serve with meat or vegetable dish.
