Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

lettuce, torn
celery, sliced
onion, diced
green pepper, chopped
1 entire pkg. frozen green peas
Preparation

In a large salad bowl, place the ingredients in layers in the order listed.
Seal with mayonnaise.
Top with grated sharp cheese and crumbled bacon.
Cover; refrigerate for 24 hours.
Toss right before you serve.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 4 to 6.
