Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic
    1 onion
    2 bay leaves
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of pepper
    dash of cloves
    6 carrots, pared and sliced
    4 potatoes, pared and cubed
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In large pan, brown meat in oil.
    Add 2 cups water and next 8 ingredients.
    Cover, simmer for 1 hour.
    Add vegetables.
    Cover and cook 40 minutes.
