Meat Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 lb. frozen turkey roast, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    dash of crushed red peppers
Preparation
    Place pork and turkey pieces in a glass bowl.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over pork and turkey pieces.
    Cover and refrigerate, stirring, 2 hours.
