Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine (room temperature)
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth. Add egg yolk and beat until light. Stir in flour. Add cream and vanilla, beating until you have a stiff but workable dough.
Divide dough into 35 portions. Roll each into a ball.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until just barely browned.
