Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large green peppers
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. minced celery
    1 egg
    1 c. tomato sauce, divided
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash peppers; remove tops, seeds and membranes.
    Set upside-down to drain.
    Place beef, onion, garlic and celery in a 2-quart microproof bowl.
    Cook on High (maximum power) for 3 minutes.
    Stir to crumble beef.
    Cook on High 2 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except 4 tablespoons tomato sauce.
