Pork-Curry Pockets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sandwich spread
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 1/2 c. finely chopped cooked pork or chicken
1/3 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. coconut
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
2 large pita bread rounds, halved crosswise or 8 slices bread
Preparation

In a small bowl, stir together the sandwich spread and curry powder.
Stir in the finely chopped pork or chicken, carrot, coconut and green pepper.
Mix well.
Spoon into pita halves or use bread to assemble into sandwiches.
Makes 4 servings.
