Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. sauerkraut, drained (reserve liquid)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. rye bread crumbs
1 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
1 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place sauerkraut on the bottom, then drained noodles.
Mix mustard, soup and mayonnaise with some sauerkraut juice so as to spread over top.
Sprinkle onion, then corned beef, then cheese.
Top with bread crumbs.
Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then uncover and let bake 15 minutes more to brown.
