Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. grape jelly
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
Preparation

Mix beef, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, milk and egg together.
Form into balls.
Make sauce by mixing grape jelly, chili sauce and water.
Pour over meatballs.
Marinate overnight. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Makes 45 balls.
