Easy Day Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. round steak or beef stew meat, cut into pieces
    garlic powder to taste
    2 cans golden mushroom soup (do not add water)
    1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
    3/4 c. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Mix all together and put in a large Dutch oven or casserole dish with cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until
    meat is tender.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
    Do not brown meat first.
