Cinnamon Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 c. water
    food coloring
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon oil
Preparation
    In saucepan put together sugar, corn syrup and water.
    Stir until clear.
    Let simmer, cook to 310\u00b0 on candy thermometer. Remove from
    heat.
    Add food coloring to tint.
    Stir in cinnamon oil.
    Pour on cookie sheet.
    Cool and break apart.
