Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. brisket
    3 oz. liquid smoke
    onion powder
    garlic powder
    celery salt
    salt and pepper
    Lea & Perrins sauce
Preparation
    Put brisket in pan. Pour liquid smoke over brisket, then cover with onion, garlic powder and the celery salt. Cover with foil and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Uncover. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then drizzle with Lea & Perrins. Cover. Bake 1 hour per pound at 275\u00b0.
