Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All
    2 cans sliced water chestnuts
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter.
    Mix well. Pour into casserole dish.
    Crumble the Ritz crackers and melt the margarine.
    Mix crackers and margarine together and sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
