Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk hot sausage
    3 1/2 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients with hands.
    Shape loosely into small balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yields 100 cocktail-size balls.
