West Virginia Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. meal (self-rising)
1 c. flour (self-rising)
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. grated Colby cheese
2 green peppers, diced
1 large onion
Preparation

Use enough water to make it desirable.
Mix cheese, onion and peppers in last.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
For a larger pan of bread, double the recipe.
