Jayne'S Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 bag egg noodles
    red pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion, bell pepper and garlic.
    Set aside.
    Brown ground chuck;
    drain.
    Return
    onion
    mixture
    to
    meat.\tAdd tomatoes, sauce, pepper and salt.
    Simmer on low while noodles cook.\tDrain noodles and add to sauce.
    Bake in casserole dish for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle top with cheese and melt.
    I use Cheddar cheese.
