Spiced Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix sugar, water, spices and salt.
Bring to a boil and cook without stirring until mixture spins a thread (236\u00b0).
Remove from heat; add pecans, stir vigorously until a solid mass is formed. Separate each nut from mass, while still hot, with a fork.
Store in covered container
