Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. Italian cheese
    1 tsp. each salt and black pepper
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Note:
    I add one hand of water for each 1 pound of meat to mixture.
