Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. sugar
2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
beaten egg yolks
Preparation

Cover raisins with water and bring to a boil.
Drain and cool. Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and salt.
Add raisins and cook in double boiler.
When starts to thicken, add beaten egg yolks to a little of the hot pie mix in a cup, then add to mixture in double boiler.
Cook to thicken.
Cool.
Put in crust and top with meringue.
