Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box pasta shells
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 can tomato soup
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook pasta shells.
    Mix other ingredients together.
    Pour 1/2 of mixed ingredients over the cooked shells.
    Mix well. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
    Just before serving, pour the other half over shells and mix.
    Serve.
