Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 cup oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 cups shredded zucchini
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups self rising flour
    1 cup nuts (chopped)
Preparation
    Combine eggs, oil, vanilla, and zucchini.
    Mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir until moist, pour in greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Makes 2 loaves.
