Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix vegetables.
    Boil sugar and vinegar for about 2 minutes, not any longer.
    Pour over vegetables, mix well.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours or longer.
