Flap Jacks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. flour
dash of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. milk
2 to 3 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients and ladle onto hot greased frying pan. Serve stuffed with ice cream, peanut butter and jelly, bananas, sausages or anything you like.
They are just like a crepe.
