Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. apples, cut into large 1-inch cubes (the more apples, the better this is, I use 5 to 6 c.)
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix wet ingredients together, mix dry together.
Combine the two mixtures.
This will not look like \"regular\" cake batter. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
