Deep Fried Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 white potatoes
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk or cream
    5 eggs, beaten
    3 large onions, chopped
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes until soft.
    Scoop out middle and place in a bowl to cool.
    Add all the ingredients and mix well until mixture is smooth.
    Wet hands and roll into balls and deep fry in a skillet until golden brown.
