Easy Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. meat
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cornstarch or 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, cubed
    1/3 c. onions, grated or fresh pepper and salt
    premade Ritz pie shells
Preparation
    Brown meat, drain and set aside.
    Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch or flour until smooth.
    Stir in meat, Cheddar or Swiss cheese, onions or fresh pepper and salt.
    Use pre-made Ritz pie shells.
    Prebrown pie shell about 5 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
