Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. all-purpose boiled mashed potatoes
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chives
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 egg
dab of butter
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients except butter and cheese.
Put potato mixture in lightly greased dish and dot with butter and Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
