Fruit Filled Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 can or carton filling (raspberry, strawberry or apricot)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add yolks.
    Mix in flour and nuts.
    With fingers spread half of mixture in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Cover with filling.
    Stay away from edges with filling.
    Cover with remaining mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cut into small squares while still warm.
