Brazilian Cream With Lime And Rum - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe avocados
    1 to 2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
    1/4 c. each: lime juice and light rum
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    lime slices or wedges
Preparation
    Halve avocados lengthwise; twist gently to separate halves. Remove seed.
    Remove avocado pulp and put in blender with the sugar, lime juice and rum; whip in blender until smooth.
    Mound in sherbet or champagne glasses.
    Serve garnished with lime slices or wedges.
