Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
5 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. finely chopped rhubarb
Preparation

Bottom Crust:
Blend together flour, confectioners sugar and butter in bowl; press into a 7 x 11-inch pan.
Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
