2 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp. sherry cooking wine
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dry tarragon, crushed
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can low-fat chicken broth
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. sour cream
spinach noodles
