Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 bananas, sliced
1 (6 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 baked 9-inch pastry shell
1/2 c. chopped pecans, toasted
2 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 c. whipping cream
3 Tbsp. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat 1/4 cup butter and 1 package cream cheese at medium speed with an
electric mixer until creamy; gradually add 1 1/2 cups powdered
sugar
alternately
with 1/4 cup whipping cream, beginning and
ending
with
powdered
sugar.
Stir in vanilla. Set filling aside.
