Taco Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. can green chilies (optional)
    1 1/4 lb. ground sirloin
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1/2 c. chunky salsa
    1/2 c. water
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 oz. Monterey Jack, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
    1 c. refried beans
    1 1/2 c. crushed Fritos
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls over bottom of 10-inch pie pan to form crust. Cook ground sirloin. Add taco seasoning, salsa, water and green chilies; simmer. Spread refried beans over bottom of pie. Sprinkle 1 cup Fritos over beans. Spread meat mixture over chips. Spread 8 ounces sour cream over meat. Cover with cheeses and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Fritos on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
