Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 stick butter
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    salt to taste
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes; boil.
    Mash and add remaining ingredients.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Use a 2-quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Take out of refrigerator; let sit 15 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
