Apple Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. MacIntosh apples, cored, peeled and diced
3 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Dredge apples and nuts thoroughly with 1 cup of the flour. Beat eggs and sugar together; add oil and vanilla, then dry ingredients.
Add apple and nut mixture.
Mix until apples and nuts are evenly distributed through the batter.
The batter will be thick.
Bake in a buttered Bundt pan for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
Dust with powdered sugar while warm.
