Sloppy Joes On A Raft - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken gumbo soup
    1 medium French bread
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into a large skillet with the onion. Brown meat evenly; drain.
    Stir in soup and ketchup.
    Season with a dash each of garlic powder and chili powder.
    Heat through, stirring occasionally.
    Slice French bread in half lengthwise. Top the cut sides with the ground beef mixture.
    Slice diagonally to serve open face.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
