Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

6 medium potatoes
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. oleo
fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation

Peel potatoes. Cut into quarters. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
Put in potatoes and coat well.
Melt oleo in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Place potatoes in a single layer in pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once during baking. When golden brown, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
