Oysters Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pt. shucked oysters
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Pat oysters dry.
    In a large skillet, cook and stir oysters, butter and garlic 3 to 4 minutes until oysters edges curl; drain. Stir in flour. Add milk; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in wine, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over oysters.
    Mix crumbs, Parmesan cheese and melted butter.
    Sprinkle over sauce.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes until crumbs brown.
    Serves 4.
