Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, diced
    1 stick oleo
    8 oz. cream cheese
    6 oz. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chives (optional)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain.
    Put stick of oleo in with a little milk and mash.
    Add salt and cream cheese; blend.
    Add sour cream, chives and garlic.
    Make potatoes creamy for baking.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish; sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate overnight, then take out and let set at room temperature for 15 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
