14 Carat Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
2 c. finely grated carrots
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add sugar, oil and eggs.
Mix well.
Add carrots, pineapple, nuts and coconut.
Blend thoroughly.
Pour into 3 (9-inch) round, greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely.
