Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 loaf white bread
    1 lb. sausage, cooked
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    5 eggs
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Place bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan or larger.
    Beat together eggs, mustard and milk.
    Pour over bread mixture and refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning cook sausage and crumble over mixture.
    Add mushroom soup and milk and pour over mixture.
    Add cheese.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
