Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 medium onion (chopped)
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle
    bacon,
    cheese
    and onion in a greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Blend remaining ingredients in blender on high for 1 minute. Pour into pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
