Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Karo syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 to 2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Roll pastry 1/8-inch thick.
    Line a 9-inch pie pan.
    Mix remaining ingredients together, adding pecans last.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to moderate (350\u00b0) and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until a silver knife inserted in the center of filling comes out clear. Enjoy!!!
