Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
2 green peppers, chopped
1/4 c. flour
14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes (don't drain)
2 c. corn
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. hot sauce
2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute onions and peppers. Mix in flour. Add tomatoes, corn, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and 2 cups cheese. Mix well. Put in buttered 2 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Last 5 minutes of baking, add 1/2 cup cheese on top.
