Ingredients
    4 oz. (3/4 c.) frozen cooked shrimp
    1/3 c. quick cooking rice
    10 oz. pkg. frozen Japanese style vegetables
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Thaw shrimp according to package directions.
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
