Chicken And Dumplins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, cooked, seasoned and deboned
1/2 c. onion
1 rib celery
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. flour
1/3 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Cook onion and celery in chicken broth; strain.
Add bouillon. Mix flour, Crisco, salt and baking powder until size of peas.
Add enough water to make a soft mixture.
Roll thin, using lots of flour.
Cut in 1-inch pieces.
Drop in boiling liquid; cook until almost done.
Add chicken and finish cooking.
Add 1/2 stick oleo and a little milk.
