Sour Cream Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. cooked peeled shrimp
Preparation
-
Saute the onion, green pepper and garlic in butter until tender.
Stir in the sour cream, curry, salt and pepper along with the cooked shrimp.
Heat slowly and serve over rice.
