Zucchini Spice Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pillsbury nut bread mix
    1 zucchini, shredded (do not peel)
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Grease and flour bottom of loaf pan.
    Beat oil, egg and milk together.
    Add dry ingredients; mix well.
    Do not beat.
    Fold in nuts and zucchini.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool 15 minutes.
    Remove from pan; cool before cutting.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Freezes well.
